Here is my second card for today's SC355 challenge. It is also for the HYCCT1118 (purple) challenge. I couldn't help myself ... I made another holiday card! It's not quite "clean" but is certainly simple. I wanted to emphasise the darling image so I didn't add any buttons, brads or bows!
I chose purples today. Colored the image w/Prisma w.c. pencils and "dotted" the tree with two purpley SU markers. I Ranger ink distressed the image background w/milled lavendar, dusty concord and wild honey to give it a "glow." Shining star is colored with a Bic metallic, gold pen. I stamped each panel w/stamps (snow, snowflakes, holiday words.) Faux stitched around all panels.
Thanks for looking!

What a cool card! I love your use of purple for this holiday card and you're right..that image is too cute to let embellishments steal its thunder. Way to go on the faux stitching..I love little doodles around the edges
